What does it cost?

The initial assessment meeting is free for everyone providing they bring the necessary documentation i.e. National Insurance Number and three recent salary slips.

At this meeting an assessment for legally aided mediation will take place. If you are eligible the Legal Service Commission will pay your costs.

How long will it take and how much will it cost?

If you are not eligible our charges will be explained in detail before you decide to proceed.

Mediation can take between two and four meetings depending on the complexity of your situation. In financial mediation the more information you are able to bring, the more progress can be made.
