Methods of Referral
If you would like an appointment there are a number of ways to arrange this.
By telephone – Ring 0844 8011 396 to make an appointment. This initial appointment is for you alone. Your ex-partner will not be present.
Referral Form – The downloadable referral form can be completed by you or your solicitor and sent by post post, fax or e-mail to admin@familymattersmediate.co.uk
Initial appointment is free for everyone.
It is important to give us as much information as possible so that we can offer an appointment at a time and date to suit you.
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US WILL NOT BE PASSED ON TO THIRD PARTIES.
NOTE TO SOLICITORS:
The Family Matters office is on the first floor of Cavendish court. There is a lift for disabled access or for parents with pushchairs or small children. Please notify us and we will ensure lift access is available.
